Focus on the process and less about the outcome.
I’ve built my business off of word-of-mouth and I have not been as process-oriented over the years as I should have been.
What could happen if I was more process-driven and held myself accountable to the process?
Small processes add up.
So, Iām going to turn my Friday routine into a daily routine. I’m carving out 1 hour each morning for writing. That adds up to 5 hours each week, 20 hours each month, and 240 hours each year. Those small investments each day add up.
