For me, reading and writing regularly is something that challenges me. I’ve put my thoughts on LinkedIn for years, but those mostly revolve around my area of expertise: web and marketing. It’s harder for me to make mistakes there because I know the industry well.
However, learning comes from mistakes. You make more mistakes if your dreams are bigger. If you dream smaller, the likelihood of stumbling into mediocrity is likely.
Writing for me is a challenge, so I figured I would try my hand at writing more frequently: business and life. I’ve read recently that you should write about topics where you are not an expert. It’s supposed to stretch you. Well, I don’t know everything about being an entrepreneur, so why not start there?
Dream big but don’t be afraid to make big mistakes. (and write about it along the way)
