Polarity is the existence of opposing forces.
Chances as, as a founder, you are the visionary. Finding the right person to take your ideas to reality is hard to find (Rocket Fuel says there is a 4:1 ratio of visionaries to integrators).
If you are looking for an integrator, keep in mind that the stronger the polarity, the more attraction you can build for your company down the road.
Obviously, there is a line: you don’t want to be diametrically opposed foes. But, you want to be morally aligned and come at problems from different directions.
