Be Brandable

I talk a lot with companies and the folks who run them.

In the B2B space, I wholeheartedly believe that the individuals within the company should have their own brand and pull within the market. At the end of the day, we buy from people who we think like us and would be “in the trenches” with us.

But some of those people are bland. They don’t have an angle on how they see the world. They just have the same opinions that AI could spit out.

A pre-requisite of personal branding is that the brandee must have a personality that is brandable. Otherwise, it’s like painting the air.
